Knowledge is pain & Ignorance is bliss

knowledge is pain and ignorance is bliss and that’s because with knowledge you know what you want and when you don’t get it creates pain whereas in ignorance you don’t know what you want, so even when you don’t get since you don’t know what you are losing you will be in bliss

Happy Independce Day

Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high;
Where knowledge is free;
Where the world has not been broken up into fragments
by narrow domestic walls;
Where the words come out from the depth of truth;
Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection;
Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way
into the dreary desert sand of dead habit;
Where the mind is led forward by Thee into ever-widening
thought and action--
Into that heaven of freedom, my Father,
let my country awake.

-Guru Rabindranath Tagore

Why SOCIALISM fails???

An economics professor at Texas Tech said he had never failed a single student before but had, once, failed an entire class. The class had insisted that socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer. The professor then said ok, we will have an experiment in this class on socialism.

All grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same grade so no one would fail and no one would receive an A. After the first test the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy. But, as the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too; so they studied little.. The second Test average was a D! No one was happy. When the 3rd test rolled around the average was an F.

The scores never increased as bickering, blame, name calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for anyone else. All failed to their great surprise. The professor told them that socialism would ultimately fail, not because the harder to succeed the greater the reward, but when a government takes all the reward away; no one will try or succeed.

Intriguing Video

How it would be, if a house was dreaming

(click on the link)

what's the SUCCESS???

Success, like happiness, cannot be
pursued. It must ensue. And it only does so as the unintended side
effect of one's personal dedication to a cause greater than oneself.

A beautiful Quote

I saw this in the book "A Monk Who Sold his ferrari" and there said it was told by Patanjali
(just thought of sharing)

When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project, all of your thoughts break their bonds: your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world. Dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive and you discover yourself to be a greater person than you ever dreamed yourself to be.
